EDUCATION VIDEO FOR IPA (Package E)

A 'Speak Good English' educational film. It explains the difference between the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) and phonics — phonics derives pronunciation from spelling and is not always 100% accurate, whereas for working adults and learners at secondary level and above, mastering the IPA transcription of each word in the dictionary is essential; English IPA has 44 symbols in total, of which 20 are vowel symbols.
