An event film for the launch ceremony of the '南區學校聯會 Dragon Culture Education Showcase' at Ocean Park. 南區學校聯會 and Ocean Park signed a 'Sea Dragon Action' marine-conservation memorandum to raise students' interest in protecting the ocean.
