CARTOON VIDEO FOR HKFYG (PACKAGE F)

We all have moments when we fall, but we can certainly always start anew! The "Restart Youth Recognition Scheme," organised by the Youth Crime Prevention Centre of The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, aims to commend and affirm young people who actively turn over a new leaf and to help them build a positive outlook on life. Through their experiences, it also encourages others to abide by the law. Over the years, more than 50 young people have received the award.
