The Hong Kong Taoist Association Yuen Yuen Institute No. 1 Secondary School has nurtured talent for over forty years. The school has always upheld the spirit of its motto "Understand the Tao, Establish Virtue" in delivering Taoist-oriented education, striving for students' all-round development in moral, intellectual, physical, social, and aesthetic aspects. Over the years, in addition to continually improving its teaching strategies, the school has kept its facilities abreast of the times through flexible reallocation and spatial renovation, providing quality equipment and an environment for teachers and students to learn and fully realize their potential. In 2021 the school's newly built School History Gallery was completed and opened for teachers, students, and guests to visit.
