Mr. 蔡和軍 has always been concerned about the natural environment and has a very strong interest in conservation projects. In addition, Mr. 蔡 has long held a dream of developing the sheep-farming business in Hong Kong. Mr. 蔡 firmly believes that raising sheep can bring immense benefits to Hong Kong's natural environment. Since 2004, over more than a decade, he has consistently maintained his wish to raise sheep, constantly following and drawing reference from overseas developments in the sheep-farming industry and their impact on the environment.
